One common trait of most types of resin is that there are two parts to it that must be mixed up before used, thus often to referred to as "two-part epoxy resin." One part of the product will be resin, and the other part is a hardener. They must be mixed together thoroughly, poured, and then left to sit undisturbed as it hardens.
